1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made or personalized furniture (including special orders).
Clearance, discounted, or final sale items.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method (e.g., Mobile Money, bank transfer, or card).
Refunds may take up to 14 working days, depending on your payment provider.
If the item is returned due to the customer's change of mind (not due to defect/damage), the customer will bear the delivery/return shipping cost.
4. Exchanges
If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Please inspect the item upon delivery and notify us immediately.
Take clear photos of the issue and send them to our support team for verification.
