This warranty does not cover damage arising from failure to follow care instructions or intentional misuse. Kotan.B Furniture reserves the right to determine if damage qualifies for warranty coverage.
Coverage
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Coverage: Manufacturing defects, structural faults, and workmanship issues.
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, neglect, fire, water, or unauthorised repairs.
Claim Process: Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
