1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across major cities and regions in Ghana.
If your location is outside our standard delivery areas, we will contact you to arrange alternative options or additional fees.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight of the furniture.
In some cases, free delivery promotions may apply (as advertised on our website).
3. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery within Accra and nearby areas: 3 – 7 working days.
Deliveries to other regions in Ghana: 5 – 15 working days, depending on distance and availability.
Custom-made furniture may take longer (lead times will be communicated before order confirmation).
For express delivery, kindly contact us.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as traffic, weather, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order has been accepted.
Once shipped, you will be notified with delivery details.
5. Receiving Your Order
Customers must provide accurate delivery information (name, phone number, and address).
At delivery, please inspect the item in the presence of our delivery team.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, notify the delivery team immediately or contact our customer support.
6. Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability of the customer, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
Our team will attempt to reschedule delivery at a convenient time.
